Dr. Tardy is a specialist in the profession of orthodontics and facial orthopedics. After obtaining a Bachelors of Chemistry from Texas Tech University, she began her dental training at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree to practice dentistry in 1990. After graduation, Dr. Tardy moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to study the dental specialty of orthodontics. She earned her Master of Science Degree and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate at Indiana University College of Dentistry in 1992.
Dr. Tardy moved back to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and began her private practice in orthodontics. She continues to pursue excellence in orthodontics and believes it is important to exceed the requirements for continuing education each year. She is an active member of regional and national dental associations including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and numerous local dental associations and peer study groups.
