We ask that you provide us with your insurance information when scheduling your appointment, so that we can verify benefits and confirm coverage. In most cases, insurance will not cover the full cost of dental care. It is designed to reduce your cost. Your portion is either considered a deductible, co-pay, or a non-covered charge. Our staff will work with you to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits. However, please remember you are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of coverage.
